Welcome to Flutterbuys. This website is owned and operated by Joanne. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Flutterbuys. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
 

1. One-of-a-Kind Vintage Nature & Accuracy
 

Every piece sold on Flutterbuys is a vintage, antique, or pre-loved item. By their very nature, these pieces will show signs of history, wear, and age.

We operate under a strict "Forensic Truth" philosophy. We describe every item with meticulous care, including detailed condition reports and up-close photography. However, minor variations in color or texture may occur depending on your digital viewing screen.
 

2. Contract of Sale & Product Availability
 

Because our inventory consists of unique, single-availability pieces, all items are sold subject to availability.

In the rare event that two customers attempt to purchase the exact same item simultaneously, or if a piece fails its final pre-dispatch forensic check, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue an immediate, full refund. Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute a legally binding contract if the item is unavailable.
 

3. Pricing and Modifications
 

Prices for our items are subject to change without notice.

While we make every forensic effort to ensure pricing is accurate, typographical or technical errors can occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
 

4. Prohibited Uses & Intellectual Property
 

All content on this site—including product descriptions, site copy, branding logos, and imagery—is the intellectual property of Flutterbuys and may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Joanne.
 

5. Governing Law
 

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, Scotland, and Wales.
