Because Flutterbuys is a dedicated "one-woman show," every order receives the direct, personal care of our lead curator from the moment of purchase to the final seal on the box.
 

Processing & Inspection Timeline
 

Orders are fulfilled and prepared for shipping within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).

Before any item leaves the bench, it undergoes a final Forensic Quality Inspection:

A structural check to ensure clasps, prongs, and settings are 100% secure.

A microscopic clean and final surface wipe to ensure the piece is immaculate.

High-resolution photographic records are taken right at the desk for verification.
 

Packaging Standards
 

Your treasures are safely nestled inside professional, custom packaging designed to prevent any shifting or damage during transit, wrapped securely to keep it a pristine "treasure hunt" experience when it arrives.
 

Tracking and Dispatch
 

The moment your parcel is safely handed over to Royal Mail, your order status is updated to "Dispatched," and a tracking number is automatically emailed to you so you can follow its progress live.
